These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website canadianmapleplay.com and the related free social games provided by CanadianMaplePlay (“we”, “us”, “our”). 1. Nature of the platform

CanadianMaplePlay is a free social gaming hub offering casino-style social games for entertainment only. 4. Account-free use

CanadianMaplePlay does not require user accounts. Your preferences, age confirmation, cookie choices and game state are stored on your device using localStorage. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily submit it through the contact form.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Canadian federal, provincial, or municipal law;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of the site;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to interact with the games;
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or location;
  • Imitate the brand or impersonate the CanadianMaplePlay team in any form.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, design, graphics, game mechanics, icons, logos, and source code, is the property of CanadianMaplePlay or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. 7. No warranty

The site and the games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanadianMaplePlay and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of virtual coins, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the Responsible Gambling Council). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites. Access to such sites is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
