Trump Slams Biden for Nuclear Armageddon Remark

Former President Donald Trump has issued a warning in response to President Joe Biden’s conjecture about a potential Armageddon amid Russian President Vladimir Putin’s threats of nuclear war.

Trump said at a rally on Sunday in Arizona that the United States should urge Russia and Ukraine to discuss a settlement in order to prevent a worsening of the more than seven-month-old conflict.

Trump has criticized the Biden administration’s response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. His newest salvo came in response to Biden’s statement last week that Putin’s nuclear threats and the threat of Armageddon were sparked by Ukraine’s military gains.

There is a way to prevent that crisis, according to Trump.

“We must demand immediate negotiation of a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine, or we will end up in World War III and there will never be a war like this. We will never have had a war like this, and that’s all because of stupid people that don’t have a clue. And it’s also because of the kind of weaponry that’s available today.”

Trump continued, “We have a president who is cognitively impaired and in no condition to lead our country. And is now casually talking about nuclear war with Russia, which would be World War III and far more devastating than any of the previous wars, because of the weaponry that no one even wants to think about or discuss.”

Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., who has polled ahead in the close race, was repeatedly attacked by both Trump and GOP Senate candidate Blake Masters.
