Joe Biden visited Manhattan on Tuesday to declare the Hudson Tunnel Project to be fully operational. Twitter users were confused when Biden appeared to have another dementia-related outburst during the address.
Nobody really knows why Biden yelled in the middle of his sentence.
“There’s nothing we can’t do. Nothing. When the hell has America ever ever ever set a goal that it didn’t reach. When has it ever…name me a time, NAME ME A TIME! When America has gone through a crunch and didn’t come out stronger on the other side,” Biden yelled.

For the decades-long endeavor to construct a new train tunnel beneath the Hudson and repair the one that was seriously damaged by Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Biden formally announced a roughly $300 million grant.
This federal grant will enable construction companies to place concrete casing there, protecting the right-of-way for the future two-tube tunnel connecting to Penn Station.
