Biden Could Have Been Campaigning But Does This Instead

In the last days before the midterm elections, President Joe Biden seems to be having technological issues. For instance, on November 1, he mixed up the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine with the American war in Iraq. He added that his son Beau Biden lost his life in Iraq. Spoiler alert: He died in Bethesda, Maryland, in 2015 from brain cancer. Then, despite the absence of any competitive races there, he intends to travel to Chicago for some strange reason. And to top it all off, he just made an appearance on a podcast while midterm campaigning to speak about himself.

The president gave a lengthy interview to the Wondery Channel’s “SmartLess” podcast on November 2; you know, about the approaching midterm elections, right? Try again. He discussed daily life in the Biden household with celebrity hosts Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett.

With only a few days until the midterm elections with the fate of his presidency at stake, Biden decided against aiding his fellow Democrats in maintaining control of the House and Senate. Rather, he spoke about his daily schedule, which starts at 7:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. wake-up call walk from the White House’s private quarters to the Oval Office after a workout with a personal trainer.

Biden also discussed the difficulties the couple has finding time together between his duties as the country’s commander-in-chief and her employment as a professor at a neighboring community college, as well as his wife Jill’s concern if he isn’t completely shaved.

Biden’s approval ratings are still declining, and the chances of many Democratic candidates winning on November 8 are also declining.
