Biden Cheat Sheet Shows Instruction On How To Act

President Biden is given precise instructions in pictures shot at a White House meeting with cabinet officials.

On Thursday, Biden spoke at a “Meeting on Federal State Offshore Wind Implementation Partnership” while holding a binder containing talking points and receiving a chart comparing the heights of the under discussion offshore wind turbines to famous structures like the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower.

Later, he read from one side of a different note card that he held up.

A set of instructions for the president was, however, on the side of the note card that was visible to the cameras.

The first bullet item was,”YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants; followed by “YOU take YOUR seat.”

Biden ended up speaking for around eight minutes, with the first bullet point saying, “Press enters,” the second one reading, “YOU give brief comments,” with the parenthesis line, “2 minutes.”

Biden was once instructed to “Press departs,” after the “YOU ask Liz Shuler, President, AFL-CIO, a question,” with the notation that Shuler was “joining virtually.”

“YOU thank participants” and “YOU depart,” the last bullet point said.

This is a relatively common format used by politicians and government representatives at public events, according to a White House official.

Barack Obama utilized a similar style for his presidential notes, according to Hannah Hankins, a former White House communications advisor to him.

Biden’s notes have gone viral before, so this is not the first time. During a press conference on the Russia-Ukraine war in March, he was seen with a card that said, “Tough Putin Q&A Talking Points”
