New GOP Ad Is the Last Thing Biden Wants To See

President Joe Biden may take a blow from a recent political advertisement by a Republican lawmaker. The president’s performance as president has been examined by Representative Michael McCaul (R-TX), who is unimpressed. Other world leaders, in his opinion, won’t be either.

The Greatest Generation, to which McCaul’s father belonged, and the current political leadership are contrasted in a new television commercial that was launched on October 24.

“Today, President Biden is projecting weakness, and weakness invites aggression,” he remarked.

Later, McCaul compared Biden to President Reagan, who favored achieving peace via strength.

McCaul has been a strong opponent of Biden’s disorganized departure from Afghanistan in August 2021, and he continues to urge the State Department to arrange its records of the events leading up to the embarrassing departure from Kabul.

He is now concentrating on his effort to win re-election in Texas’s 10th Congressional District, where he is competing against Democrat Linda Nuno. He will virtually certainly be reelected, though, as his seat is considered to be strongly Republican.

McCaul is expected to lead the House Foreign Affairs Committee if the GOP takes back control of the House next month, which will place him in a powerful position to hold Biden responsible for his missteps in foreign policy.
