Mega Popular Author Just Made Liberal Heads Explode

Bestselling novelist James Patterson has asserted that there is now prejudice against white male authors in Hollywood, particularly among the older ones, describing it as a type of racism.

The author’s popularity as a young white novelist was built on the concept of a black detective, according to Sarah Baxter, in an interviewer for the Sunday Times, who made a reference to his super-popular character Alex Cross.

“I just wanted to create a character who happened to be black. I would not have tried to write a serious saga about a black family. It’s different in a detective story because plot is so important,”  Patterson responded,

“I get it. How could we run through that period, especially in Hollywood, where there was all this talent and nobody got hired? ” Patterson continued, referring to minorities as performers and writers.

Patterson went on to explain that he doesn’t like celebrities and other prominent people talking forth on topics they learned about on the internet.

After that, the author stated that he is almost always in favor of free expression.

Today’s Hollywood studios are more concerned with filling diversity quotas than with recruiting the best candidate for the position. There are plenty of excellent black writers, performers, and filmmakers out there, and if they’re the best match for a production, by all means, get them on board.

However, if a white actor auditions for the same role and is a superior match, hire that individual regardless of race.
